The Vice Presidency of Development, Quality and Community Service has been working since its foundation with other deanships at the university to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the university. It assures the implementation of the standards of academic quality on both levels; institutional and programmatic in order to develop education and guarantee customers' satisfaction (students and community). Moreover, the Vice Presidency of Development, Quality and Community Service works hard to ensure administrative quality in the different administrations of the university. We endeavor to improve the abilities and skills of the staff and faculty members through workshops and training programs inside and outside the university. Hence, the Vice Presidency continuously follows performance measures and watches quality on all levels.
The Vice Presidency of Development, Quality and Community Service shoulders a big responsibility; that is, to cooperate with the community and develop individuals through providing them with high quality, purposeful programs and diplomas.
Since we live in an era characterized with technological advancement, the Vice Presidency of Development, Quality and Community Service is currently undertaking the attempt to change all paper-based procedures into electronic procedures at the university and that can be done by spreading the culture of electronic-based procedures and holding training programs and workshops which accelerate the process of switching into the electronic system.
The Vice Presidency of Development, Quality and Community Service hopes that the community will be number one energizer for its activities and provide suggestions that promote the welfare of public.
