Information Systems Department is founded in the academic year 2011/2012 (1432/1433 H). The department currently offers a five-year academic program at the undergraduate level. Overall, we have more than 130 students (male and female) enrolled in our program. Besides the use of computer labs, IS students have access to the NBU's network of workstations and online resources. The IS faculty has a wide range of experience and expertise; they additionally have past work experience in computing fields such as computer networking systems, information security, computer programming, software engineering, and intelligent systems. All such issues will participate in the success of IS.
The department's vision is to be the leading in providing quality education and research in IS field to meet the needs of regional and international business communities.
