Organizational link: It is linked to the general administration of strategic planning and achieving the vision.

General goal: Providing data and information to support and assist senior management in making the appropriate decision.

Tasks :

1. Implement approved plans and programs in accordance with organizational guidelines.
2. Develop the university's data system by gathering information from internal and external sources, organizing it, and preparing it for strategic planning and decision-making purposes.
3. Conduct statistical analysis of collected data and transform it into meaningful information that effectively supports the university's activities.
4. Utilize modern software programs and models to generate accurate results and provide decision-makers with various alternatives to choose from.
5. Respond to requests from organizational units for statistical data and provide them within specified timelines.
6. Coordinate with relevant parties involved in decision implementation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data and monitoring any changes that may occur.
7. Collaborate with both internal and external information centers to exchange information and experiences.
8. Stay updated on organizational beneficiaries' information and document requirements and actively work to fulfill them.
9. Collect and categorize data for benchmarking purposes with respected universities in areas of interest to the university, utilizing this information for decision-making processes.
10. Assist in identifying the unit's human resources, equipment, and material needs, and collaborate to acquire them.
11. Participate in identifying the training needs of employees within the unit, recommending them for suitable training programs.
12. Generate regular reports detailing the unit's activities, achievements, and suggestions for enhancing its performance.
13. Undertake any other assigned tasks within the boundaries of the unit's authority.
