It will further strengthen collaboration between academia, industry, and government to support the mining development by integration of clean-energy transformation aligned with:

As the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accelerates its leadership in green mining, hydrogen economy, electric mobility, and renewable energy mega-projects, SMRE 2026 will highlight strategic pathways for integrating sustainable mining practices with solar, wind, and wil develop the other sources as geothermal, and hydrogen systems, along with energy storage, EV infrastructure, digital technologies to reach the challenge of carbon-neutral operations.
