This program also supports achieving Vision 2030 by keeping pace with modern developments in mining and enhancing the private sector's contribution to fulfilling the national market's needs for mineral resources. Students in the region have the opportunity to earn an intermediate diploma in mining and benefit from the material and human resources in the collage.

Preparing qualified and professionally distinguished cadres who possess the fundamental knowledge and applied skills necessary for operating and developing mineral extraction and processing operations in accordance with the latest educational and training methods. To meet the needs of labor marketing according to the most modern education and training.  

Objectives:

  • Enhance students' knowledge of the field of mineral raw materials processing and exploration. 

  • Prepare students to become effective national cadres capable of operating raw materials processing plants and mineral exploration companies. 

  • offer technical and practical solutions to existing or potential problems in mining factories and companies. 

  • Develop students' analytical thinking abilities to improve their professional competence in tackling technical issues in the mining industry.

  • Foster students' teamwork and collaboration skills within a research setting in the field of mining.
