Stages of Electronic Participation in Decision Making

The University publishes topics directed to the target audience or the public and invites electronic participation through:

 Stage Two: Collection of Contributions

  • Participants may submit their views in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.
  • Upon expiration of the participation period, submissions are closed.

Stage Three: Analysis of Contributions

Submissions are reviewed, categorized, and analyzed. Relevant contributions are considered in decision making and policy development.

Stage Four: Announcement of the Decision

The adopted decision is published on the topic page, with responses provided to key contributions where applicable.
