Stemming from Northern Border University’s vision of openness to the world and strengthening its presence in international academic and research forums, the International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange Administration works to build and develop distinguished strategic partnerships with prestigious global education and research institutions. Through these partnerships, we seek to broaden horizons of knowledge, exchange expertise, and enable university staff and students to benefit from the best international practices.

We believe that international cooperation is not an end in itself, but rather a means to achieve excellence, innovation, and the integration of efforts in service of national and developmental objectives. From this standpoint, the Administration continues its efforts to entrench a culture of cooperation and partnership, and to maximize the university’s impact at both the national and global levels, in alignment with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.
