Surveys System user guide

 

1- Login:

  • Click on the Unified National Access link through the electronic services.
  • Enter your National ID number.

2- Survey list page:

  • Log in to view the list of available surveys.
  • Click on a survey to view details or participate.

3- Publishing Survey:

  • Select the survey you want to publish.
  • Click “Publish” and share the link with respondents.

4- Response Forms:

  • Review the responses collected after publishing the survey.
  • Edit response forms if needed.

5- System Users:

  • Go to “System Users” to manage user accounts..
  • Add or remove users based on assigned permissions..

6- View my surveys:

  • Select View survey to view created surveys. 
  • The ability to edit or delete any survey from the list.

7-Survey Reports:

  • Open “Survey Reports” to view and analyze results.
  • Use the available tools to review the data.
