2. Preparing models for memoranda of understanding and service contracts between the university and international universities and institutions.
3. Studying memoranda of understanding and service contracts concluded with universities and global research centers.
4. Creating a database and automating the international cooperation and knowledge exchange management system at the university and linking it to all sectors of the university.
5. Providing support and consultations to conclude international cooperation agreements with universities and scientific and research institutions around the world and following up and evaluating them.
6. Coordinating with the university's legal department regarding service contracts and memoranda of understanding.
