ABSTRACT Background: Caffeine is a somewhat psychoactive element that is broadly ingested. Objective: To confer consequence of caffeine on university student’s performance thru exams in NBU, Saudi Arabia. Methods: This is across sectional study was conducted among 395 of the students of Northern Border University, KSA. Respondents were interviewed and filled a predesigned questionnaire. Results: The percentage of pupils that use caffeine was determined to be 92.2% in our survey. Caffeine use had no significant relationship with sex, age, BMI, study level, or GPA (P> 0.05).
