About The Administration:
The Administration of Public Relations and Media was established with the establishment of the Higher Administration at the university in 1428 AH. The administration set the modernization, development, and continuous training approach for its employees as a primary objective to enhance the administration’s ability to perform its duties and raise efficiency to be at the level of the university’s vision level. The Administration of Public Relations and Media seeks to enhance means of communication between the university’s employees, including faculty, administrators, and students, on the one hand, and between the university and the local community, on the other.
Director’s Statement:
The Administration of Public Relations and Media is the actual interface of the university and the window from which the local media derives information about the university with transparency and clarity. It promotes community partnerships by showcasing them and welcomes suggestions to improve the Strategic Plan with questionnaires to the university’s staff, students, and different local demographics. Because of that, public relations represent a link between the university’s administration and all its academic and administrative sectors. The administration plays a vital role in improving the university’s image; It seeks to achieve its vision and mission within the available capabilities because of the recent establishment of the university. The administrations use the latest media means of communication with pape to pursue pioneering and distinguished community service, visual, audio, and electronic media. Moreover, it works on forming a media database rich with information that answers the media’s questions and enhances the knowledge of the university’s employees and students about the capabilities and achievements of the university.

- Work on harnessing the university’s capabilities within legal frameworks to serve the local community and embrace its activities such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Transfer development proposals from the university administration to its employees and evaluate the achievements through feedback.
- Participate with the various administrations at the university to prepare media materials, cultural publications, and bulletins related to the work and activities of the university.
- Enhance the university’s media by introducing its scientific and academic status and its pioneering role in the region.
